We got after it this weekend! Cut walnut at a neighboring farm, trimmed a hedge tree, cut down a huge (presumably) willow tree, and split all that stack with a maul.

I was so sore last night but it was well worth it! We had 12” of snow a few weeks back so I was able to grab some nice rounds off of people’s driveways...those are thrown in the stack.

Looking forward to burning some of this in the next couple of years!

Welcome to the club Sean Easterly :handshake:

Those stacks will do you good in a few years. The only thing I would reccomend would be to try to stack up off of the ground from now on. Otherwise great work

Welcome to the forum Sean. Yes, that looks like a willow. Also nice that the ice has gone (mostly) from the pond.
