Been struggling this season with keeping heat when the weather turned. Air volume has been fine until tonight.
Tonight I noticed that the flow of air is almost none existent. The fan sounds like it is running normally. I plan to tear the fan apart the next day or 2 and see if the fan left loose of the shaft.
Anything else I should practically look for?
I am not sure on how the air circulates. Plugs in the heat exchanger? Don't know how to check.
The stove does have a lot of coals accumulated, but not more than I have been experiencing.Tthat is another problem I am dealing with.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Blowers lose a lot of efficiency when they get dirty. Pull the blower off and hit it with compressed air. Q-tips and an old tooth brush might help too.
