I dunno, I have more trouble getting the Husky 55 to crank sometimes than any of the other saws...probably the operator...
We had that same saw, I ran it in 1980-81, cutting timber for our small sawmill. It hung in dad's shop until 2019, we carried to to Dennis' GTG, gave it to Cole, he got it running again.
We (my son and I) owned probably 3-4 of those saws, and I still have dad's '88 50. They are typically 3-4 pulls to start if everything is right and tight. Crazy easy to work on too. I used the platform to teach my son basic saw repairs. He sold 'em all to pay for a port job on the 365special I gave him for all his help with firewood.
