Got some Chicken Wings and legs going. Since I became hungry for them from last weekend postings. Then following up with smoked baked beans, ABT's, zucchini, and corn on the cob.... Utilizing capacity....
It did, and those garden Jalapanoes ..... I had to stop at two. Cause beer couldn't keep my mouth cooled off. Good stuff though...
Add some honey to it, and before you add the sauce use the butter to caramelize some onions and minced garlic. Then after you add the hot sauce to it let it simmer for 45 minutes and dump a few shots of good beer into it, you will see it froth up like crazy for a few seconds, it takes the bite off a little. I'd say.... 1/4 cup of honey makes it a lot more easy on the palate, but add honey to taste. Easier for the kids etc. and it tastes AMAZING Also just for flavor, I usually dice up very fine about a half a habanero, but remove the seeds and caramelize it with the onions... I've edited this so many times, that's how often I do it different but I usually have sensitive mouths to feed so they have to be somewhat mild, but with a small after bite....
I started doing that a few years back, and everybody raves about them. I toss mine in butter and hot sauce, then put back on grill for 5-10 mins in a pile. Sauce cooks in. Try it with a few next time and see what you think.
