Anyone ever used Mayocoba beans? Any thoughts?

There’s a good sale right now. Other than google searching I’ve never heard of them before. Usually we’re great northern then pinto fans here. Just wondering if it’s worth a 50 pound experiment.

Never heard of them but pictures look good. And they are either from Peru or Mexico. And I’ve enjoyed beans I’ve has in both countries

We tried. Not our thing. They aren’t at all bad but we seem to prefer our old standbys better. These won’t go to waste but unless there is an absolute smokin deal we probably won’t buy again. Probably just creatures of habit, set in our tastes.
