bought a flame boss 500 pit controller from them.unboxed it and noticed the screen looked funny...some one had left the protective film on the inside of the screen.disassembled it and removed film.15 min into first cook it just completely shuts off ...wiggle the power cord where it enters the unit and it comes back on but wont stay on...take it apart (again) and see that the power recepticle is NOT soldered the the circuit board. 2 emails with pictures to bbqguys.com and no response in over a week. I will NOT be buying any products from them ever again,I would highly NOT recommend them.
