Was just outside working on wood. X27 gets stuck in the split so i flipped the ax and swing to hit the split loose and missed the chopping block. Well the split broke in two as did the ax!!! Has anyone filed a Fiskars claim recently? My last one broke March 2019. Now im down to just the Isocore. Id prefer to have an X25 as i owned one prior to my last X27.
That certainly sucks. Hopefully they will make good on the warranty. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Thats only at my friends house (most of my wood storage) and it doesnt leave there. Had some bigger seasoned splits and i was putting bundles together here at home.
Let us know how the warranty claim goes buZZsaw BRAD hope they are still standing by their warranty. my 2nd IsoCore(warranty replaced the 1st one) is staring to show its age. Still works fine, but the overstrike protection is all broke up.
I went on their site a bit ago and filled out the claim including pic. Got automated email response. Stay tuned.
Snapped the blade on my big powergear loppers a couple month ago. Snapped a pic and filled out the online warranty form. I didn't hear anything back for several weeks until I received a parcel tracking number email. Not the best communication but great products and warranty
When i broke the first one, filled out form, sent pics and two weeks later brand new one shows up. Heard theyve been slow the last year or two.
I filed a claim for my hookaroon. It took about a week or so for them to get back to me to let me know it was on the way. Hasn't got here yet so id say its probably been 3 weeks.
I just filed a warranty claim on their manual pole saw. The plastic bit that held the blade in broke when I was fishing out leaves from the grate in my brooke that was clogged. They are sending me a new clip as well as a new blade. Emailed them and it took them about a week or so to respond.
When I broke my X27 last year or so they made me send the handle back for warranty. I cut off the part that said X27 on it and shipped it in a flat rate box. Got my new one a few weeks later. They had gone to this because of people faking the pictures and selling the axes
