Anyone know of good pellets for sale down in chester/golden bridge NY?

hey guys I’m looking to see if there is any good pellets for sale down there. I’m working in chester now and I’ll be working down in golden bridge for like the next month. There isn’t really any good deals near me but I’m wonder if the big box stores down here carry anything good.

 

not a great selection of pellets in Dutchess / Westchester/Putnam - and you for sure will not like the prices either . I get my pellets from tricounty in Carmel - carry LaCrete & Barefoot and at least 1 other brand. - but the time to buy from them is in spring. Home & Hearth in Mohegan Lake carries some good stuff also, but NYC pricing.
Lowes around me are GT & GS Home Depot only has 'chows.

 

The chows aren’t bad this year. I got a ton of them and FSU and they both seem to put out good heat.

 

Since you're working in Chester, have you checked the TSC there?

 

Chows have always been a good pellet.

 

Good year for chows. I think they are burning good this year, dust & ash seem less and good heat. Enjoy.
