One of the members here has one I believe. Just can’t remember who?

Don’t have a prime, but have had our DC wifi for about 4 years. It lives in my pickup a good deal of the year typically, but is currently near it’s big brother. Both a little dirty but well used . Patio also needs cleaned and resealed

    Thanks for your reply.
I wanted to ask, when using the DC at home if you leave the legs on and what is the best table or stand for it?

I usually take the front leg off and set it on a table. Last year, i repurposed an old tv cart and put a wooden top on it. It holds the grill with the drip cup to the side, and there’s about a foot of room on the opposite room for setting stuff or another small appliance (deep fryer occasionally)
The legs are ok while camping but really too short, in my opinion, for normal extended use.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated. :)
Do you have any favorite food grade pellets?
I just got some Fruitwood and premium gold.

I just picked up some nice Kevlar & Silicone high temp grill gloves. :)

I tend to use golds most all the time as I can smell the difference but haven’t tasted much difference and think the golds have more BTU’s per pound. I have used about every off the shelf brand and they’ve all worked fine.
I also have the pizza oven attachment for the DB and like it a lot.
I’ve cooked evening from brisket to burgers to wings and even smoked cherry pie. All was good.
Here’s a favorite very healthy side dish

    2 cups elbow macaroni
    1/2 stick of butter
    3 cups milk
    2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 package shredded cheddar cheese (the ones you see at the grocery store, 8oz I believe)
1 package combination of colby and monterey jack cheese cubes or shredded(same as above 8oz I believe)
    salt and pepper

Put the dry macaroni elbows in a pan (somewhere around 9x13 size) - dry macaroni. You don't need to pre cook.
Melt a 1/2 stick of butter, and then pour it over the macaroni
    Add cheddar cheese
Add colby and monterey jack cheese
    Add milk
    Add heavy whipping cream
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Give it a stir

Into the smoker at 250 degrees for approximately 1:50 minutes
