Weather permitting:mad: ….. I'm going to do our Turkey on the grill/smoker:drool:. Gonna cook it slow, 325* "but" throw a hint of smokey maple wood from time to time. I just picked up my fresh bird at our local meat market, 16lb for three of us…. I'm gonna be a fat Ba$tard "again"

Smoked turkey is the best kind...period. Do you brine them first?

Can't wait to see it. All this turkey cooking is starting to get to me. I will have to buy a chicken and roast it. No turkeys on sale until the middle of Dec. around here.

I haven't screwed it up yet, but there is always a first time;), that old smoker has got hundreds of hours of smoke and grill time. It takes alot to mess something up in that, it cooks so slow.
