TSC near me was out, But just got in another 22 tons. HD up on da hill is out as far as I know. Figures as I just got a $10 off HD coupon. Both of the pellet houses have stock, But are out of certain brands.

I hit "like" because I can commiserate with you......there isn't a "dislike" button. Yup, from a logistical standpoint, bad things happen in the cold. Vehicles wont start or stay running in the cold.....diesel filters and lines gel up, even with additive. Stuff breaks. Grease doesn't work so well. Vehicles get stuck. Roofs collapse with snow load (or slush load!), people aren't as thrilled to work in the weather and have to take more frequent breaks to get warm. Raw material isnt gonna arrive, etc. Can only do what you can do.
we are OK with product, its likely going to be a logistical problem moving them from point A to point B though. Some brands we are low on, but have plenty of stock in others, Most likely, the buyers choices will be less, but hopefully pellets are around you. Maybe end up buying something you normally wouldn't to get you through the snap?
Box stores are drying up around me....they were pretty loaded for the longest time though...not sure if they are getting more in or not
Yes HD Empty , did not make it over to Lowes TSC area but betting they are low as well, will check it out this weekend. Most everywhere I look most are low or out in this area, going to do some scouting this weekend .

yea, thats what myself and many of my customers are telling me as well......they have gotten used to "easy" winters, now that we have a colder one, well, they are running out alot earlier than the previous few years....my suggestion at this point would be to head downstairs, see what you have left, and PLAN AHEAD! Frankly, the people here already do this.....its the people who dont come here that are lax
Went to pick up a half skid of the two this morning and they offered to deliver them for free so I jump on the offer
my guess is they want to get those skids out of there to stop with the other customers' argument.... "sorry, we are sold out at the moment...." "whaddya mean SOLD OUT?! I see two skids right there....!" "those are sold and paid for..........." repeat about 10x per day
My HD ran out of Chows and I had to purchase Green Supreme (which have been ok), TSC ran out of there own white bag (currans) and had Cheat rivers in stock for a bit. Went to Lowes last weekend and they looked low on stock and had AWF which I bought a few bags and thought they burned fine in my Quad. So it appears there is some filling in going on at my BBs.
