Strange winter we're having here in northern California. Had 2 weeks of freeze in late fall, it's been above 60 since before Christmas, now it's 80 degrees today! My own theory is that usual weather patterns are happening a month earlier this year. We usually get a warm February, then winter is back until April. Freeze is usually in mid January

My theory is that the Earth has tilted on it's axis 90 degrees and North is now East so the sun now rises in the North! Are we confused yet?

Yes , but, if you were standing on the north pole, any direction you look would be south.
