A relative in Hartland, VT has 7+ cord of dry 18” firewood and wants $250/cord. I advised charging more, … 5+ cord in walkout basement 4 steps from the door. They stopped burning a couple of years ago. This wood was dry before it came in, two years ago. The balance of the wood is under a lean-to roof. I might be able to assist a FHC member in trucking. Edit: Moderating , feel free to move this if appropriate. I tried putting this in the classified section but it kept whining about a prefix.
Hang on to it till fuel oil prices hit the peg & sell it for $500.00/cord in February. That really is a good deal even around here, I hope an FHC member can take advantage!
