Made a big batch of polish and Italian sausage tonight. Mixed some pork in with my deer and ended up with 65lbs of sausage. Split it with my brother and that should last both of us for a long time.

Ambitious! That's a lot of sausage. I won't make it, but I do enjoy eating them as long as they are not too spicy (hot). Really good with pasta.

Ya we use it for many things when we have it on hand. Pasta is great with it, good for breakfast with eggs, grilled is great or just make some rice with it.

Oh, yes, should have mentioned it first. Those are a couple of sweet looking little helpers you have. Good to have them involved right from the onset before they learn to say, "ough" .

Yes I love those girls, they were so excited to help. I think they were more in the way but they enjoyed it and make me smile. Love having them be so excited about being a part of everything

Nice work swags! I've been thinking about getting a stuffer. Using the grinder with the stuffer attachments just seems like it takes forever. Don't get me wrong, it works but im sure a stuffer is the ticket. What brand/model is yours?

I'll have to look at the brand but I bought it on amazon. Its the same stuffer as gander mountain carries. A stuffer really is a world of difference from the attachment on a grinder. Nice for sausage as I usually add water to the mix to make it easier to stuff
