    Look at this way, you get to see what the little Englander will do in the real cold.

    Where I am, we're right on the very edge of the rain/sleet& snow line and only supposed to get down to 33 tonight......fingers crossed. :confused:

    The Englander has suffered another pellet jam… gotta take care of that tomorrow. My next load of pellets will be Uncle Jed's Softwoods… triple screened.

    Will bring extra pellets in. That way I don't have to go outside to the garage until the weather is more settled. Pantry is full of food. No need to go out unless I am motivated.

    It's a good thing Lake Michigan sits between myself and Wisconsin. The lake waters have helped warm it up here. It's a balmy 16 degrees. :)

    I have the Atlantic Ocean near here. Tilde water about a quarter mile away, and salt water about 20 min. drive. Love to look at it any time of the year. Helps moderate the temps and lessen the total snow fall. Just don't care for those darn sea gulls pooping on everything. Drove by CVS yesterday. There didn't seen to be any vacant space on he roof ridge. Gulls tucked in tight. Hundreds more flying around above dropping poop bombs. I don't get many at the house. They seem to avoid the woods.

    I had a few flakes today. My brother in law lives about 25 miles away and he's had about 4 inches today.

    Knock on wood I've been missing the big lake effect snows the past few years. In 2001 we got 54 inches in 8 days. That was enough for me.

    Got lucky here last night....about 1/8" of frozen sleet on the deck....roads, driveways, sidewalks stayed clear (melted on contact). Whew!

    Now, if we can somehow dodge the next one coming Sunday night........:confused:
