I see energex is back to selling the Golden pellet hardwoods..
around here outside phila, that load came in around December... i only had room for about 20 bags or so as I had 5 skids in the basement full.
After having a pellet stove and using 24/7 for past 4 years, I wish we thought about getting one years ago.. Constant heat via the distibution...
must be losing it.. they we're Blazers not FSU... HD got in a trailer load few years ago and sold them at that time same price as the chows.....

i burned a few bags FSU's about 4 yrs ago.. think I remember them as kinda top shelf? [had no room at the time to buy any quanity.] not sure...
yeah.. decent price.. I burned couple ton of chows few years back.. pretty good heat but too much ash for me..
The stove chows have arrived here in levittown area. 249.00..... think last year they started at 269.00 but that didn't last long..
sounds all scientific and all and probably correct,, I have burned many brands over the years and using a yardstick, i measure how far I can keep...
my P61A manufacture date 2012... same deal here.... once month cleaning and the fines box needs vacuuming... lot's of broken pellet pieces along...
