Is it still the same smell your break in fires created ? new stove pipe ? Getting it hotter every time sometimes does that too until it just seems...
34 f here this morning, loading back up with walnut/cherry mix. This combo seems to coal after the burn fairly long, good for shoulders.
That does look inviting.
x 1 1/2 :)
Sorta like starting the new burning season over and over again :) till the chore of 24-7 kicks in.
Hi Dave, good to see the action starting. Your pics will help get my butt back at it.:)
Same around here, Oak and Cherry is pretty dominate, that would be bad.
So close to where in NE OH ID1 ? I have some people around here looking (Atwood Lake area) Thats pretty tempting to put myself up to 4 yrs ahead.

Everybody hates a thief, hope for the best with your plan.
Neat setup, I like the rack use on the ends.

Looks great Mr. D Getting pretty up your way this fall.
Correct, Next time you only need a chill break fire use small stuff (1 1/2" to 2" thick max) log cabin stacked about 1/2 way or more to the baffle...
What a story they will have to tell
Well "they" must of thought you were a real stinker, "we" think the grass is greener ! :D
Looks great Kapt, I am a fan of cast.
