I tried putting a little sawdust under the rubber outlet tube and I still get no oil coming out. I have replace that tube and the gear and pump....
It looks like oil is pumping but just not getting to the bar. Should the rubber oil to bar supply piece be sticking above the sheet metal cover?
I tried running it without the chain and I did not see any oil coming out of the slot in the bar
