Quicker, easier, and more of a sure thing than swinging at wedges when it's a big, heavy, softwood, back-leaner?

I have used a jack a few times a lot more force than wedges and you can also use a porta power ram with a foot pump " Multi tasking"
works real well I had to use in a back yard with no access for any thing to pull with the tree was on a steep hill and had to be pushed away from house JB
