My splitter started not wanting to hold the lever in the auto return position when it was just started and would then be OK once the oil warmed up. What a pain!!! So I jumped on the internet and found a couple videos that fixed me right up. I'm not sure what brand my splitter is because I bought it from my brother years ago when he decided to quit cutting wood. All the labels are long gone. The videos are the same valve I have or very similar. Mine is flipped over from the video. I adjusted the setting in about 3/4 turn and it works great now. this one is about adjusting it this one just goes over the basics of the valve
