Hi everyone... yeah... I'm doing the same thing... What??? ... well... it just hasn't turned out that it got the use I was hoping for, by our family... and we can't afford to have it just sit there. So, it'll be official this week after we meet with our realtor. Thought I'd post this here, in case anyone knows someone who might be interested. PM me. I know one thing... those 2 rocking chairs are gonna end up down in front of my wood stove here, that's for sure...
It sure is Dave. On the other hand, it's made selling the old farm (cabin is on a small pc of land at the high point of the farm's larger lot) a lot easier to get used to over the years. Things change... best laid plans... change. We'll miss the place for sure.

Looks as though we're going to pause for a bit... let the entire family have more time to decide. We're hoping to get everyone to the cabin on the 20th. We'll see what happens.
