I don’t stack the wood in my totes I just throw it in. I think the wood drys better with it thrown in. With 16” long splits it takes 5 175 gallon totes to hold a cord. That’s the best I can do as far as a measurement Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
What the tote! The Aussie is one step closer to world domination, we tried so hard twice... what a failure. Edit: I got about 9 of them by now, even though the use of ibc crates is common here... but cutting up the plastic to make a roof not so much. fekin love it mate thanks for that!
All this talk of IBC totes got me motivated and I picked up another couple as I left work tonight and brought them home on the back of the old ute. Must keep adding to the hoard! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
We use em too. The big change last year was that we found out the little tractor will pick them up once the wood dries. With green wood in them, they're too heavy and we can't move them full. Once the water leaves, they're light enough the tractor can pick them up and bring them down the big hill to the back deck. Way easy!
