Heated up some sliced horseradish kielbasa in fry pan then removed from pan and fried up some sweet corn,add one red sweet pepper,add meat back and top with extra sharp chedder.
Ive been trying to find it for you but cant seem to find the specific model on the net. I thought there might be a model number on the cooker but at first glance I cant find it. All I know at this point is that its a tera gear briquette bbq. When I search the company I come up with gas grills.

Did a 7.5 lb pulled pork yeaterday. Needd it fo a party so applied ta littke bit of turbos, not too much, but just enough to get it done in aboyt 6 hrs with a couple to rest. Wrapped it in foil when it hit 169. When I tried to take it out of the foil, it fell apart. Best one I ever did, (it was my second one) (I hope i got rid of dups)
After about 45 min of smoke I spooned a can of cream of spotted owl soup into the glass pan and set the shanks on top.low and slow for awhile...
Fresh Tators, onions & garlic from the garden... with a stick of butter... then four small pork tenderloins...
I know, no good without pics..... but wifey cooked marinated beef sirloin strips, onions & several types of peppers painted with olive oil on skewers, ON WOOD for fajita's tonight.
