    I wanna buy a tach that's reliable but I don't need snap on quality or price. What's the best bang for the buck tach currently? I prefer not to Ebay, but I can if needed.

    This is the one I want. Have not been able to justify the $ as of yet. Watching the saw tuner videos, a lot of them get a wireless unit and use a small clamp to hold the tach on the wrap handle. I don't want one that I need to attach a wire.

    I think Stihl has one with their brand on it. Do not know who makes it for them.
