I was wondering has anyone came up with a good trailer or away to make trailer to haul them at 2000 lbs a piece bundles . Like to get up to 5 bundle a load . My last thought was a shorter trailer with 3 axels and 4 tall poles to stack between the and ratchet straps them down . Maybe even a distribution hitch. As weight piles on fast. Don't need to go fast just get job done . Any info or pictures to get project started. Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk
Friend of mine hauls up to 5 bundles at a time but he's using either a dual axle dump truck (loaded with slab) with a heavy duty equipment trailer (also loaded) or sometimes he will load his lowboy semi trailer. Having a pickup truck to haul 10k isn't unheard of I guess, but I would think you'd need one heck of a long gooseneck trailer to haul 5 at a time
I'm thinking on lines of stacking them over the axels but using like huge upright poles or like huge steel U so your stacking them up inside front and back. Semi trailer gives you idea about up rights . Other drawing is if I used a dump box trailer . I'm trying to concentrate the weight in smaller area . It's going to be heavy . Heat550 It's like smv sign on the back and hit secondary roads. Here's a crazy thought hook to the motorhome it weight 12300 lbs 454 TBI with 4:88 rearend . Then towing rig is heavyer then the trailer Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk
