Gooseneck trailer question

    I'm pretty sure that raising the suspension would only solve the disparity from the front to the rear of the deck? Maybe the neck clearance would be raised but not substantially. We had adjusted the neck tube height to the max and 2-3" more would have been just right. That was the reasoning for the raised neck suggestion, coupled with the longer tube.
    I could be wrong in my thought process though-

    If the whole trailer deck is raised 4-5" then that will bring the neck up some. I've heard of people doing it to their campers to fix a problem after a lift. I was looking at this cattle trailer axles thinking that would fix my clearance better than raising the neck but will make it a 4-5" higher step up for the cows.
