    Nice shooting. I was in my blind yesterday am bored. Got out the phone and was surfing fhc. Looked up and a doe was staring at me broadside 25 yds away :eek:

    Totally missed my chance.

    Just a grocery doe. Nothing too exciting. The exit wound was pretty impressive though. Gotta love those grim reapers.

    Nice shot. Meat for the freezer always a blessing. I totally don't want to hijack your thread, but I thought I'd share pictures, too. 2 of the last three doe I've shot have been heart shots (more luck than skill in my case) One with 1 3/8" 3-blade Grim Reaper and one with a 1/3/4". Surprisingly, one she went almost 100 yds. Tough old girl.

    I've only shot 2 deer cleanly through the heart. The first one was with a 12G that turned the heart into a canoe...ran 50. This one posted above ran 30 or 40.
