Gasoline headed to the moon as they bleed America to pay for their hurricane damage. Already up .50 in southern NE. I got my pellets for the winter locked up so if gasoline goes to the moon, just stay home. That simple.

$2.99 here in Pleasant Valley. Went up $.50 overnight. Lets see how quick it comes down when refineries are back up or they release some reserves.

Saw a station the next town over today at $3.22. That shocked me as they usually one of the lowest. I came back into my town and paid $2.79. I read today that some refineries are already stating to produce again. Now if we can keep Irma out of the gulf we should see prices dropping fairly soon.

Don't remind me. He're in the northeast/midatlantic the price of on-road diesel goes up with the price of heating oil every winter. Cold winters mean I pay more to put diesel in my car. This winter could be ugly for fueling my car if we get cold weather and SE TX refineries can't keep up. However, I have to say, we were paying $2.99/gal for diesel before the storm, and 2 days after the storm my friend in San Antonio was paying $2.39/gal. Just goes to show you that prices of gas and diesel are always hard to predict.

Gas went from 2.21 to 2.71 in a few days on Rte 11 in Farmington. I put 100 gal of oil in the tank a month ago...prolly should have filled it

I am sure that all of this increase is going to Hurricane relief Funds though.
