    You will like it Pete , The Rotating Head is handy, pipe jaws too ,I have a Wilton like that , got a great deal on it when I got it.

    I wouldn't usually buy one these harbor freight vises but my friend runs a welding shop and they have 3 of them that are a couple years old and never broken sooo why not.

    I got it on sale $69 with a 20% off coupon so it was $55 I think it's a 5" vise that looks like 5.25" throat when opened so not bad at all! It's as heavy as a tank!

    I wouldn't have a problem buying the Harbor Freight Vise, I only payed 80 bucks for the Wilton brand new

    I have a 6" craftsman made in USA vise I bought 8 or 9 years ago that I've beat the heck out off and it just won't break I love that vise. it doesn't swivel though so it's time to upgrade.:D

    I have a small Buffalo brand vise, I beat the crap out of for a long time, I still use it once in a while, this was back before Harbor Freight ever existed :BrianK:

    Speaking of before HF I miss the commons truckload sales:( I bought a lot from them and still have the majority of it... My drill press is the favorite off those trucks! According to the date stamp i bought that in 96!!! :hair:

    That is a good price on those Pete. I have been wanting a new one as all I have left is a small vise now. The big one I had finally got a bit too sloppy. I have no idea how old that vise was but think it is one my grandfather had.

    Nice, I have one similar to that I've had for many years and it has been a good one. the swivel and pipe jaws you will really like and use quite often.

    I have the same one in red. The swivel head becomes a problem once you break the mounts for the jaws. I need a new one. Gotta have a swivel head though.
