    I've been camping on a cold miserable rainy day in July in Nova Scotia.
    Burning toast on a campfire in the rain was still fun - just looking back on it. LOL

    Enjoy the vacation no matter the weather. Sometimes it calls for a change of plans but then, you are on vacation so pee on the plans!

    Stove glass shows the typical black you get from many stoves. I have never cared for black glass. I'd almost rather have no glass than black glass. But, they probably don't have much dry wood there either. No matter though. Enjoy it to the hilt.

    For the record...not complaining. I love having the chance to build a fire.

    I'm just worried that it's all pine. I heard that stuff causes chimney fires. :whistle:
