Um I will look into it but it would not be as fresh as we like to deliver it to our customers.

 

Does your roasting process involve using groundwater drawn from a confined aquifer under positive pressure? Or perhaps your hardwoods come the former province of Artois in France, where many artesian wells were drilled by Carthusian monks from 1126?

 

Actually our process comes from my great great great great grandfather who was a coffee roaster in Italy, while doing some genealogy research we found an old business/ log book of his. Which contained a lot of information on his roasting but as well as his hand built roaster. Even specific seasoning of wood however his moisture content was determined by sound and the translated terms of the sound lost all understandable meaning. Lol

Yes, the confined aquifer is under positive pressure from the SE Iowa municipal water authority. Our hardwoods are grown and harvested also in the southern most regions of this area. We did use artesian wells at one time, however due to EPA regulations we were required to discontinue this practice.

In my avatar pic, I'm making some lumber from the giant walnut tree in my sister's yard, and a giant saw seemed to be the best way. It does make for an interesting Rorschach though, doesn't it?

I have a question, how is the coffee decaffeinated?
I am a big coffee drinker.

 

It is a water processed decaffeinated coffee so no chemical crap allowed in my coffee.
