    Believe it or not, my wife is asking if anyone wants pickled bologna. Please say no!!!! I hate that stuff but she likes it. It is a good way to keep me away from her for a while...

    This will be my first GTG event. Everything has been firmed up and I will be riding with Walt. We plan to arrive Thurs.

    From the phone conversations, I don't believe we will be bored at all during the ride.
    Dennis: Do we need any food for Thurs. night? I smoked up a pork should this weekend when some relatives were suppose to come. I got stood up. I have most of the shoulder in the freezer along with 2 pkg of buns. I could bring it along if needed. No problem at all.

    Marshel54 I'm really not sure about Thursday evening. It all depends upon who all shows up and what time. So, let's see if anyone else comments on the Thursday evening meal. You are welcome to bring some of that pork and I'm sure it won't go to waste. I'm not sure what my wife is planning for sure but think she is going to have some bean soup (the Chief's favorite) but beyond that no plans to date. Oh, she will also have ham for sandwiches and cheese to go with that for anytime during the entire weekend including if someone wishes to make some sandwiches for their ride home.

    There is no doubt in my mind you will enjoy that ride up here with Walt. I'd love to spend more time with him as he is an interesting and very nice guy.

    I will bring it along and 2 pkg of buns. The sandwiches would compliment bean soup well.
    When I talked with Walt, there may be some cooler space problems but could put it on the floor and it will be unthawed when we get there. I also smoked up some ribs and cut the leftovers up and froze. The rib meat will be in the beans.
    If not Thurs. I am sure it will get ate up.
