So I contacted my arborist neighbour and he gave me access to his "dump" piles. After scouting it out its a flippin' goldmine for a cheapskate like me! Hopefully the video worked and shows my 3year old and her astronaut training. The wood I scrounged today is so dry its on the fire now. Ridiculously pleased with myself. I also got assurances from the arborist that he will let me know next time he drops a tree. That bloke is definitely getting beer.
