As I was sitting waiting for the bunch to get up... I had Christmas music on and was enjoying watching the secondary flames show while cruising FHC... Didn't need much heat, as its a bit warm weather we've got right now. So I got the Ol' NC-30 shutdown just right. Merry Christmas to all on FHC... May it be a Blessed one...

Rolling flames to Christmas music. Nice way to start the day.

Does your glass stay clean that way? Do you know the STT?

    Beautiful show!

Yes... it's stays that way, I really don't have a problem with dirty glass... as far as stove top temperature... I don't have a clue. I haven't had a temperature gauge on it since I first got it. Had the brother to it before, so knew pretty much how it operates. In fact my stove pipe temperature gauges I don't think operates temperature correctly, but it's consistent that I know at what position I need to start turning down the air. And I can tell when it's on it's top temperature by the distinct smell that is put off... familiarity becomes second hand nature as with any good tool.
