This darn ugly possum had scared off my mouse-hunting cat one too many times....I know I've mentioned extermination on another thread but I'm not sure where...so it was a 22 to the head....ahhhh! Not something I do everyday.....what a thrill!

Permanent dirt nap. Nice shooting! Next one needs the Redhawk treatment :)

Nice shot! But your probably not done yet. They usually run in pairs as in a male and female. The male stops by one night and the female the next. Interestingly enough, if one stops by at 8:30pm one night, the other will stop by 10 minutes earlier or later the following night. At least that's how it's been here. (I do have videos of a portion of a male and females visit, as well as videos of them coming on the porch to take a nap, if your interested! Dated 12-17th and 18th, and 12-23rd and 24th) They went to sleep without the assistance of any kind of firearm!

They are edible, but I usually just feed them to the crows and vultures. But if your interested, here is a link for all sorts of recipes.

Not a problem. I think there are but a few subtle differences between her and I, but the main one is, she is looking for a compatible male and I quit looking long ago (but I'm still hopeful) :)
