Stove Dealers on FHC For Connecticut?

Hello,

Thinking of switching to a free standing unit. The insert is hell to work on and I'd like the actual fireplace back.

I believe we have a few stove dealers on here? I'm on the new haven/fairfield county border. Likely looking at a freestanding Harman, but open to being convinced of something else.

I have a dealer in mind, but if there was someone on here who also sold these for this area I'd be interested to hear from you.

Is the dealer close and do you know anyone else that has bought a stove from there?

 

Dealer is relatively close. Don't know anyone who bought there, but also haven't heard anything bad.

Went there this past summer to get costs. Not pushy and answered all my questions.

 

Have you checked CL? They have a couple good deal on Harman's down this way, I was surprised to see that.

 

If installing yourself and don't mind a little drive, Lordmetal's might be still up for grabs.

Have no clue on the distance on hand but it's all in the east region?

 

Need tos save the funds. This one is being planned like taking a turn in an oil tanker - 5 miles out.

Ok, I am from RI, and bought some biobricks from Main Line Supply in Ashford, CT. http://mainlinehes.com. That is probably too far away from where you are. I found them to very knowledgeable and not pushy.

 

If you go to Harman's website, you can use the dealer locator to find the closest 3....talk to them all, price with them all......

theres 3 dealers within 20 miles, and two at less than 10 miles, so, thats a pretty target-rich environment!
dont forget to get the coupon as well....might as well save a few bucks.
New stove coming out as well...the Absolute 63! Largest cast iron pellet stove on the market, digital controls, etc....pretty cool- just think of it as the 43's bigger brother....
