I'm getting ready to drill through my basement wall for my chimney. The Class A that will run through the wall is 6" Supervent. The outside diameter of the pipe is right at 8.25". The rental place has a diamond core drill that I plan to rent but the bits are either 8" or 10". Obviously I have to go with the 10" to get the pipe through. Once I get it installed what should I use to fill in around the 1" of gap that I'll have left around the pipe? Is there a special concrete or mortar that is more flexible to not crack with the heat cycles?

Hydroment it expands as it dries and stays sealed.
Possibly sleeve it and use hydroment so it might be easier to remove later.

Check out my Lopi Liberty basement thread.
I used concrete to fill block cores, then sleeved it with a piece of stainless and used good quality mortar as a bed. I trimmed it with a collar and siliconed the circumference.

Be sure to put some slope on that pipe before you mortar it in. Hydraulic cement is what I think these guys are talking about. It's a rapid setting grout. Buy it at home depot.
