    I don't know too much about which bars are better and lighter. I have ported 241 and was wondering if someone could recommend an aftermarket lightweight 16" bar? I have no complaints with the stihl factory bar just looking for options

    only reduced weight bars i know of for that saw is from Stihl

    The MS241 is a 3005 mount which is a pretty compact and lightweight bar to begin with. Bars that fit the MS250, MS200T will also fit the 241 if it helps you find what you are after.

    Doesn't Stihl make lightweight bars in the 3005 mount?

    actually spent the time to look at my sugi price list....sugi does have a 14" 3/8lp bar available. find a true sugi dealer and check availability
