splitting some oak

    I don't know how you guys grow them so big and straight. Our big oaks here grow 10-15' then explode with limbs. My point is I never get that much straight oak for good splitting.

    Was that tree out of the Forest? Bush wood always splits better crowns are all at the top.

    it was a yard tree ,a tree service drops off logs when in the area
