I've been trying to remember to add a dash of salt lately to kill some of the acid....
    Works for me:thumbs:

Try egg shells. They are supposed to help reduce the acid too.

I only drink coffee for the caffeine. The taste is acquired! :hair:

Nope. I need my coffee, but I really like it too. Straight, no adulteration with cream or sugar. (But if you have some Bailey's, I'll have some of that!) I drink about 5 mugs on an average day, mostly in the morning.

I like coffee ice cream and chocolate covered coffee beans too!

I love my coffee, several cups in the morning and first thing I do when I get home from work is start another pot. Last time I went without coffee was during the last presidential election, fasted from coffee and prayed that Obummer wouldn't get it. I am quite sure God is in charge but I look forward to asking why in the world that one wasn't answered. (have my thoughts on that already)

If I made it through the day without coffee, it means someone is planning my funeral.

I might be able to make it through the day without coffee. but why would I. One pot a day here
And yes, a very small amount of salt changes bitter coffee to perfect coffee. Most people never heard of it.
