A friend of minw is getting into wood burning. He asked if I wanted to help get some wood. Of course I said yes. Work goes fast with 3 saws running.

You told him the wood you just cut needs CSS
A year or two to be ready to burn, right?

Looks like a great day. Going to have some good burning there in a couple years. That's what I'm burning now and gotta love it. Are you hand splitting all this?

Thanks guys. Yea I told him all about the process. He is going to css it to start the long 3 year wait. Thats why I told him he could take it all I already have a bunch of oak. He is going to get more trees to cut and I told him to look for some faster seasoning wood. He lives the dream, that was done at his work and he was still on the clock! But now I have access to 90 acres of woods and its 4 miles from my house.

We are all bearded men here. Hunting season and winter requires it. Wish mine was as good as my two buddies though.
