Well got the boy on the school bus this morning and decided to work up some wood. Had a load sold so got that loaded up and worked up maybe three more truck loads. Mainly red and white oak. And a little hickory wood. So got in a little exercise and a few dollars in the pocket on a day off. I got a connection with a tree company on free wood, they drop me off all the wood that I want whenever they got it to get rid of.

These boys are pretty good to me, they know that I use the wood for firewood so don't really get alot of trash mixed in with it. It would be nice to know some sawmill connections for some of these long hardwood drops, but just use it all on firewood. Usually receive two or three dump loads of wood a season which for me is plenty.

    Welcome aboard.
It's good that they remember you so fondly! BUT...one question.

How long do you think it'll take before they realize that they can make themselves a few bucks doing exactly what you're doing with it?

Treat them good or that "golden goose" may take flight. ;)

They know what all I do with the wood, and I believe they keep all they want, if they have to get rid of it than they have to pay to dump it somewhere. But yeah I'm really grateful for what they do for me, so far I've received wood from these guys for the past seven years. And very thankful! thankful.

    Welcome to the forum buckman84

Posting pictures is a breeze on a laptop or desktop but I don't know about using a phone for doing it. With a desktop or laptop, just hit the "Upload a File" button at the bottom of the page where you are typing in for the post. It will take you to your pictures album on your computer. Select the file you want (if more than one file, hold down the Ctrl button while selecting with the mouse) then choose "Open". After it uploads, place the cursor where you want the picture in the thread then click on "Thumbnail." That's it.
