Anyone come across any good chainsaw cutting competition videos? I stumbled across a few last night, nothing special, but a few have some interesting moments.

I wonder about safety sometimes when I see them clear the log, and their saw comes sweeping back like they were trying to catch a rat with the bar tip. I don't recall if this was the video or not. One of them a guys saw leaned out? and locked up.

Also, a guy cutting left handed...anyone else do that? I'm a left hander, and just use a saw on the right like everyone else. Keeps you further from the bar and chain.

Anyways, just looking for entertainment. Some of those modded saws are insanely fast!

I don't have a clue what is being said in any video, but that's besides the point.

Interesting video. I would say that 90% of what is being said is the competitor's name before they start their saws. There were a few other markers like at 5:20 on the 0-75cc class they announced a 3.15 second performance for the prior competitor. I have no idea why they chose to edit it that way. They did it again at 10:11 announcing 4.84 seconds and at 11:11 announcing 4.21 seconds.
I have seen plenty of competition videos and especially appreciated the ones showing felling skills like the ones where they drop a pole about a foot in diameter and are scored on whether they finish on time and how closely they hit the target. Often the guys are dropping a 20 or more foot pole and hitting within just inches of the target.
