The tires is the only thing I won't do myself, well that and fork revalve fun stuff. I've taken my bike all the way down to the rolling frame with clipons, and front and rear suspension. My bike had a frame recall, but they wouldn't foot the bill for the removal and reinstallment of everything to get to that point.

    You have inspections there?

No inspections here, well, not that I don't do on my own.

Yea, July 3rd 2015 was a pretty bad day. Could have been worse though.

Thank goodness we don't have inspections here. At one time all pickups had annual inspections but that union must have lost favor with the local politicians. I ride almost daily the year around, except when there is ice on the road, so I take my equipment safety very seriously but no snot nosed kid can tell me that my brakes are shot before I notice it myself. Rather than worry about burned out brake lights I added eye-level brake LEDs to the trunk on my bike to catch a cage driver's attention. For me it really is about my safety, not some ignorant checklist.

    Cross country tour?

I put a Kizan tail blazer on my ST. It'll grey your attention REAL quick.

Maybe not for you but that is the only view most HD riders get of it. My present inscription on the rear view mirror is "Objects in the mirror are losing"

I ride with all types, it has nothing to do worth the machine and everything to do with knowing how to ride. A good read,

The front is the most telling feature if the victory vision. There's no other bike that even closely resembles it.
