My son helped demo an old house and out buildings and came home with a couple cases of this oil. My question is ...Do you guys think this stuff is any good for saw gas or should I just dispose of it?

I wouldn't burn it in a saw, but I would probably mix it with some thicker bar oil.

It might be OK for an outboard motor or other water cooled engine. Air cooled and water cooled have very different needs. The water cooled is less demanding.

I'll just run it in my little outboard motor for river fishing in the summer. No sense in it going to waste.

I wouldn't get rid of any kind of oil at today's prices..
It's worth $2 a quart as a bar oil extender at the least..

If it's still legible there should be a spec on it. If you could find it you would know what mixing ratio to use of if compatible with any auto injection motors you might have.

+2 If the container isn't marked TCW2 or TCW3 I would not run it in your boat motor either. They have their own requirements being water cooled for carbon build up. Mix with bar oil sounds best.

Could always use it to start slash fires and such. If it were me, I don't think I would burn it in any of my engines. Believe it or not 9 out of every 10 scientists agree, petrochemicals usually have a shelf life.:D
