Calientitos anyone? Sounds like something you'd order when eating south of the border. I came across these when we were entertaining family last week while out on a day trip. The bag doesn't say anything about ash content like all the other pellets I've used and after burning up a bag I can see why. Started with a clean stove and ended up with just over 32oz of ash in the pan and next to the burn pot. The flyash was so bad that I could have collected a few ounces more from the vent but let the leaf blower finish the job. Heat output was good but not worth the mess. They're made New Mexico so if they happen to migrate to your neck of the woods you've been warned.

Thanks for the heads up! You could put this in the review section if you'd like?

The bag does say "Please dispose of properly"....maybe they mean just throw the whole thing out, pellets and all? :D

Exactly what I was thinking. It's like running a second bag of Infernos v1.0. Painful but gotta do it for documentation sake?

I was thinking they were little frijoles

I actually bought three bags and mixed the second one with some Heat'rs from Hombre Depot just to get rid of them. I learned to do this with "rot gut" whiskey
