As the customer tell he change the crankshaft with a cheapo chinese , i think that the dimensions of this shaft are not 100% perfect like the oem , so when you put the plate and then the clutch maybe the all system dont push down corect the oil worm, so maybe when the saw works at full this oil worm come a little out off and dont conect with the oil pump correctly .
i will change the vent tomorow just in case , but in my opinion i dont think that is vent just because the saw idling for 30 minutes and give oil , the oil stop after 3-5 seconds of full throtle

Perhaps you can just rotate it with the starter cord and no plug to confirm crankshaft rotation always make the oil pump flow.

Make sure that the tail of the oiler drive spring isn't ground down where it fits to the clutch drum. If the clutch bearing is worn from lack of grease the clutch drum can wobble and not engage that spring all the time.

I've had 180s and still have a 250 that had the problem. Good luck with these, it's a P*** Poor design in my opinion.
I ended up adding an additional vent duckbill to one to get it to oil as well.
