Seriously, thankful for all the fine folks on here, thankful my wife still puts up with me (I think), thankful to be retired.
I know there's a lot more, but mah fingahs is gettin' cramped up from all the thankfulness.

I'm grateful for my family and friends. I am grateful for my loving 4 footed friends. There are some days I rather not have experienced, but for the most part I am thankful for every day that I am not in an urn sitting on the mantel.
Thanksgiving is a good time for reflection on where you are, have been, and plan on going. Some of my family has made plans to be someplace else on that day. Some will be here. We are anticipating about 30 family members and guest.

I just saw a commercial that said for Thanksgiving "We camp out in front of a fire instead of a store" Not sure what it was for.

Very good point, that often gets overlooked. Some of those poor men and women won't be eating with their families tomorrow. I'll certainly include them in my blessing and prayers....
