Just talked with eldest daughter and she said they have about 7" on the ground and it's still coming down pretty hard. She had talked to our grandson who's at MSU and he said about the same there. We've got about 1/2" from what I can tell looking out the window.
Im working on it this weekend. I have the mount fabricated and welded up now I need to figure out the lift mechiniam for it.
Shoveled off the back deck, boy that snow is wet and heavy. I will wait till its done before I pull out the snow blower
Probably a hand lift using the deck handle. I don't use the deck on it. Guess I am not doing it right unless im building it when I need it right..
Oh, I don't like the looks of that snow one bit! Cold, wet, slippery. Not what I want, but then I not very good about getting my requests filled when it comes to the weather. Our last winter was from hell for sure. Just evil. This year, my son lives here so I'm not going to let old man winter bother me anymore than keeping me a shut in.
By morning there was about 10" here too. Its already melted a little today. Should thaw off the next few days and go away.
Yeah that bright sunshine today did a job on it already, with the forecast we have, it won't be around very long.
