Well, the first and last time as it'll be online till spring. ;) We've had it pretty mild this year and honestly I could have waited longer but why? Packed to the gills with wood and forecasting it to turn a littler cooler so I pulled the trigger.

Boiler is ramping up in this pick and everything worked fine. Time to shut off the dehumidifers and water heater and enjoy lower electric bills!

Haven't lit my first one yet but I'm about too. Only goes out all winter when I shut down and clean my flue between the stove and chimney usually twice a burning season!

Starting my 12th year with this set up and average just over 13 cord. Heating 36' X 50' 2 story farm house with full basement, 36' X 50' attached garage with radiant floor heat and my domestic water. I throw out the first year because same house had NO insulation and bad windows. That year was 28 cord used and the house was cold. Spent the next year working my tail off on getting house completely redone.
